Moving a TV/Satelite..?

Im currently changing the layout of a spare room in my house and want to move a TV and Sky digital reciever box to a diffent part of the room. Unfortunately the satelite ariel cable dosn't reach to where I now want the TV/reciever. My question is can you buy a satelite cable extention leads? or would I have to get a tradesman in to redirect from the outside?

Pop into maplins or similar shop, they will give you the correct cable and couplers to do the job, it is very simple. no need to get anybody in.
