Anyone got a good recipe for easy to make crab cakes?

Just mix it up, mould your cakes, fry in a little oil on both sides until light brown and then finish in the oven.
Ingredients
1kg crab meat
300g dry breadcrumbs
2 eggs
4 tblsp mayonnaise
1tsp salt
�tsp pepper
2tsp worcester sauce
2tsp dry mustard powder
2 tblsp chopped parsley
2 tblsp lemon juice plus jest of 1 lemon
50g chopped spring onion
2 dashes tabassco
