Cats are territorial animals, and they don;t take kindly to new whippersnappers muscling in.
This is perfectly normal, so don't worry too much about it. Once your q;ueen gets used to the new kitten, she will accept it, apart from the occasional spit or cuff to remind the younget cat who is in charge.
This is the way cats operate, it is perfectly OK, your little one will learn her place, and they will be fine.
To make sure, give your queen lots of fuss, expecially when the kitten is not around, and feed them separtately until they get on better.
