Problems linking Excel to Access

I have recently upgraded to MS Access 2000 from 97. In 97 I used to link/import excel spreadsheet without problems but now with 2000 whenever I try I get the error No Object in Control .?!?!?! Any ideas ?

Probably relates to an installation problem with the wizards in access 2k

First try to re-register the wizzard control (accwiz.dll) - to do this, do a search on your computer and find out the exact path to the file. Then goto start, run and in the bix type Regsvr32.exe followed by the path to the accwiz.dll

If that doesnt work, you may have to re-install access
