Title Deed transfer in Scotland
My aunt wants to transfer the deeds over to me. I have seen the other posts on this site and am interested if this also applies to Scotland.

Your aunt needs to convey the property to you and the disposition must then be registered via Registers of Scotland (The Land Registry or Register of Sasines - depending on the location of the property). Once registration is complete the property is yours.
However you should be aware that if the intention to convey the property is to avoid paying creditors any debts owed then the conveyance can be voided.
