Unenforceable credit agreement

if i prove through a solicitor that a credit agreement is unenforceable due
1.to a breach on the way the account was run
2. because they cannot or will not provide the original credit agreement with both parites signature
can i remove the account from my credit file? and how do i go about disputing that with a credit file agency?
