pots for induction cooking
1 Answers
Hello.
I have stainless steel 18/10 pots made by ProCook. I would like to buy an induction hob, but when I test my pots they DO NOT respond to magnets. The pots are stainless steel, with a base sandwich-filled with aluminium. The ProCook website says that they are induction-friendly.
Bearing in my that they are not magnetic, will my pots work on an induction hob?
I'd really appreciate the advice of someone who actually owns the ProCook pots! Thanks
