when i loada video to watch it doesnt load correctly the picture is there but it sort of jumps and can hear ppl talking then you cant and then you can and theres a circle in the middle of the video going round as if its loaded even though it already has ? can anyone help me or is this a problemwith youtube ?

Click on start then control panel then performance and maintenence and then disc clean up
