Does anyone have any ideas to toilet train our Jack Russell? She is a year old now and is still dirty at nights. She has her dinner early in the evening and goes out into the garden regularly to do her business (which she does do) but when she is locked up at night she is still making a mess.
Its not just the odd accident either. Its all the time.
I have tried telling her off and also tried ignoring it and cleaning it up with her out of the room but nothing seems to work.
I am having a baby in a couple of months and am really worried that my husband will make me get rid of her if she doesn't stop it.

Somethings not right- you're dog should be well house-trained by now.
It's no good ignoring her when she does it - you need to be firm with her. Perhaps start house-training again with a litter tray?
When you say locked up at night, where do you leave her? I would suggest crate training her, and give her a bed in a crate, with newspaper at the other end. Most dogs do not like to soil their beds, but as this has now become a habit, it will take some time and you can gradually reduce the paper area and increase the bed. At least it will be confined and easier to clean up.

Try feeding her in the morning so she has longer during the day to get rid of it, but do this gradually over a few days so she is not left hungry by not being fed one night.

Just a biscuit before she goes to bed will help her to settle.
Another thought, you say she goes out in the garden, why not try actually taking her out for a walk last thing, as the movement often encourages them to go.
citronella oil on the places she messes in dogs hate it and it deters them from doing their mess
