We moved into a converted barn last year and have had nothing but problems with our underfloor heating. At the moment we have no heating at all. The pump keeps losing pressure so we think that there is a leak somewhere under the ground floor. As it is there have been above ground pipe splits on 30% of the tubing.
So we are considering sealing it all up and putting in Radiators on the ground floor.
I estimate 6 to 8 radiators will be required.
Anyone got an indicative cost for this?

The pipework will probably have to be all surface so making it look horrible but try up to 5 plumbers to quote on the job to see how much but I bet your looking at about 3k....
dependant on how you want the pipes hidden and if your floors are concrete or wood and also if you go for a top quality or bottom of therange boiler i'd say anywhere from 2500 to 3500
