spots on chin

I have suddenly developed lots of annoying red spots on my chin and by my mouth. what could be causing this?

Are they itchy? Small? large? Crusty? White? Red? Pussy?

Spots on the Chin and Jaw line, on women, are usually related to hormonal fluctuation.

Keep the area clean with a neutral PH cleanser, and potentially apply a spot treatment such as tea tree or witch hazel directly to the spots, but dont scrub it, pick the spots or treat it with anything harsh.

Alternatively these things can happen if you eat something very oily, and then accidentally rub your chin.

But the same treatment applies.

Hi they are just small and and a bit sore. There is no puss or any infection. They just stay for a few days and then leave a mark. Thanks again
