I believe it is called a fulcrum.
Close... it's  philtrum, from the Greek philtron, meaning "love charm."
Thought it was called Cupids Bow?

I just remember that advert a few years ago where this doctor stands up and goes "Philtrum, it's called a Philtrum"
I suppose if your nose is big enough it could be called a fulcrum.
