Does anyone remember a cartoon with Olive Oyl and an 8 foot character called Goon. I don't know what year it was made, but it was set on an army barracks and I'm not sure if the little fat leader was called Lieutenant Slash...

Any ideas?

I think it was part of the 'All New Popeye Show' which had 2 or 3 cartoons per broadcast.
