Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I know this isn't quite the right place to ask this, but I've seen Quizmonkey do this and I see they are on-line at the moment so -

When I post a pasted link - How do I change it to a word or phrase of my choice. It looks much more elegant !

Sorry - thought I was being ignored!

When you post a link such as -

I've seen people reduce the link to a phrase or word - so that'tt they'll type something like - You'll find the answer HERE - where HERE links you to the requested website.

I just wondered whether it is easy do or very techy.

Just copy and paste the link . Put a < before the whole thing and a > after. Change the "text here" to anything you want to put.

replace #FFCCCC with the colour you want your background, and black for the font colour. If you want a larger font just alter 12px to a higher number. Don't forget < and > beginning and end.

Like this ...just copy and paste the gumf from the tutorial page from....
... then past your link and then write your label which can be "here" or whatever you want to put then copy and paste... the end bit .. on the end of it .
Keep it all in one line though ...no spaces :)
