I posted a question under the appropriate section of 'technology' - they don't seem to be very forthcoming on there. Do any technologically-minded chatterbankers feel inclined to help me? Please. Pretty.

Up to a fortnight ago it worked perfectly. Then bad weather... Now I cannot tune into either radio 1 or 2. All other stations are ok - but when I try to get radio 1 or 2 it just comes up as 'station off-air'.

Any ideas?
Strange. Have you contacted BCC about this?

Radio1 and 2 work fine via BBC iPlayer.
unplug it and leave it unpluged for about half hour and then plug it back in, it should re scan for all the channels and find them again.

if it still doesn't find bbc 1 and 2 then they may just be weak signals and the current weather is affecting them

They work fine on my car radio (!) - but also work absolutely fine on my hi-fi radio in the living room which is next to the kitchen where the DAB radio is. Weird.

So it doesn't make sense to you either then Red?

thanks Chuck. I will try that. But it's been constant for the last 2 weeks - whatever the weather. So I'll go for the unplugging & resting overnight.

If it works - I will reward you (both) with a xx
No, Salla it does not. I would do what Chuck said. See if you have any joy with that.

Good luck!
