hi.please help. just got a i pod. trying to download i tunes but the computer tells me administrator wont allow this. what do i do. i am running windows vista

Is it a works computer or similar where there are restrictions on what you can run, download etc...

That or firewall settings stopping it working properly?

if your not already then log in as a user with administrative rights

Or, if you are logged in with administer rights and it's just asking you to confirm the administrative rights, keep clicking ok or allow (what ever the positive response is) a few times.

it is a home lap top and there is no option it just says administrator wil not alow this. fire wall is turned off. and there is only one user on the computer
