Everytime i try to watch a programme on my laptop i only get about 20 seconds and then it stops and says, 'This content is not working, please try again later'. This has been like this for the last 4 days. Anyone else having problems?

I've never been able to get it to work the whole way through a programme, on any PC or over any connection!
