How do u get the box on your sytem menu (start>control panel> system) that offers support info. Its below where its reports ur pc ram. My mum got one built for her and it has contact details etc - when i formatted mine i have nothing - is a trip to the bios called for??

the part you refer to only appears if you bought the pc from a supplier that offers this kind of support (for example, DELL) it's an OEM customizable section that the supplier can offer to their customers.
