Car damage in pay parking garage in apartment building

My car was hit in my apartment building. Which is off street parking and cost a 100.00 a month to park. Now they don't want to fix the damage to my car. Can I take them to court to get my car fixed? It was hit my a door in the assigned area they assigned my car. After telling me for months they would move my parking area to another area they have not done that. Now my car is damage.

yeah as above. it isn't there fault anyways is it, its the other driver who hit you. if you knew who they were then they'd have to pay.
