I have a small, flagged, rear garden. Anyone know where I can get ideas from. I am a Registered Childminder, so it needs to be 'child friendly' during the day, but I want something that I can sit out and relax in when the children have gone.

Get a relative to write in to one of those 'surprise garden makeover programmes' get them round to do it in a day at a snip, and then act all surprised when you return home to find your garden all done up.  For added effect, alot of women shed a tear as well.

Go to the library and get a book called urban gardens or town gardens. There is a few ideas in there for smaller gardens.
