This has been the first year I've bothered watching anything past the auditions, but I've given up on it now. I agree - I wouldn't be at all surprised if Alexandra (by FAR the most talented singer left in) got knocked out and it ended up being won by that drippy little kid Eggnogyoghurt, or whatever he's called.
On the basis that if you can sing then you've got no chance of winning this year, I think you may be right. But let's face it, all four are better than last year's winner.
I'm still convinced that the judges know who the public is voting for and it is reflected in their comments. (Simon last week about this being a British competition - so out went Ruth; Louis in previous weeks saying that Austin and Laura were not interacting with the public - they each went out the week that he said it)
Why do they not give the figures for the votes are they ashamed of the money they are making from the people who phone in .Those Cole and company are well paid so they should be told to decide who goes through or would it be to heart breaking for them .Give the public a break .Ninty percent of the public dont know the contstants so they really dont care who wins .If the panel find it so hard then go and bring in some people who would do th job.I would do it but my favourite is out .I liked the dancing dog
Guess you'd better leave now - Simon and the other judges are either tone deaf or thay know she is going to win. Why else do they make the comments that they do ? I sometimes wonder whether they are listening to a different version to the on that is being broadcast.
Although Diana is an aquired taste, (some people must like her), I think JLS will be going home. They have been in the bottom two a couple of times and I think they are struggling to stay in.
shame really because I quite like them.
:-)
agree with ceejn about Alexander. Good voice, but not particularly recognisable and I find her boring. So glad the group stayed in last night - they were by far the best act. Eggnogyogurt (LOL at Littleoldme) should never have been there in the first place - all that crying last night turned my stomach!!
Hi Lottie!
I agree - that crying was cringe making, as I commented on another thread it made him look about 10.
I also said that as long as eggnog was out I didn't mind but I do think I'm leaning towards JLS
