Hi, is there a way to program a key to write a whole word? e.g. if I program ctrl t to wrte Happy Birthday. Obviously it would be nice to program this so that it does not delete a useful shortcut. Any ideas much appreciated.

in what?

if you mean in word then you can do a similar sort of thing using auto text.
ChuckFickens you need to be very careful if you do this, I used to use this to 'type' whole paragraphs in word but you need to be absolutely sure that you won't want the 'programed' key actually in a document. I once printed up a letter with one of my paragraphs in the middle of a sentence!! lol. Fortunately I noticed it before it went for signature.

Thanks guys - I meant the computer in general, not Word or another program, but that sounds like it may come in handy anyway! Thx again.
