How many Christmas trees have we demolished this year?

Our slave refuses to get a normal tree and has purchased a topiary tree (last years tree - not even a new one) . I have tried to work out how to climb it but have failed. Merlin headbutted it and it didn't even topple over.

I threatened to spray on it and wiggled my bum at it - but I have to admit to not being a cat who sprays. I use the wiggle as a threat - slave doesn't know that I am too domesticated to spray indoors.

She is going to somewhere called Engerlund in January to a big city called Nottingham to see my uncle and his family. Will be 'home alone' kitties? We shall see..........

Hello frankie, Flossie here. Our tree is in a pot in the garden but it's no fun trying to shred it while no-one is looking. I prefer to wait until the decorations are on it than I can start. My slave puts it down to me being what she calls soft in the head but I know what I'm doing. Daisie is going to try to get a real mouse in for the tree again. Trouble is the slave isn't bothered by mice and just puts them back out again.
My slave goes round looking after kitties that have been left home alone so she's nice like that. She's soft really as she feels sorry for the ones on their own at Christmas - as if we cared what the day was. I'm certain you will make sure you're well looked after.

Hi, Frankie - Mischa here!! My auntie Gavin showed me how to get the decorations off the tree and we managed to demolish it today! Mum yelled at us and shoved Gavin out the cat-flap! She said I wasn't to blame, as Gavin had shown me what to do, but it's fun getting all the little bauble things off the tree. Mum says she's worried about the tree when she has to go on a business trip later this week - but Gavin and I will look after it......!!
Heathcliffe here.

Slave has only got a mini tree, cheapskate bought the whole thing for about 7 from somewhere called Poundland and seemed very pleased with herself.

I wanted a big one I could climb with lots of dangly things but it's mostly little angels and pointy stars so not very good to play with.

I had lots more slave time today though she was not a very active slave as she has some kind of lurgey but it meant I got back in the cosy living room earlier than normal (I am shut out when slave is not there in case I eat the hamster) so I got to cuddle up warm with her and her duvet on the sofa which was really nice :)
My slave must have seen the post about me shredding the tree - she's just trimmed my claws!! Oh, the humiliation! She said it was to stop my sharp nails puncturing her knees but that's just a poor excuse. She's now trying to trick Daisie but she's bigger than poor little me.
You've managed to get near your slaves tree ??? I haven't seen ours yet and I so want a good sniff at it , and a play with the dangly ornaments ...woof .....
Waaaaaaahhhhh!!!meeooowwwffff........I've not seen a 'tree' yet....It will be my first REAL Xmas,as last year I was a poor, poor lonely little baby stray suffering with 'cat flu'......I spent months in the 'dogs and cats home'...
can anybody teach me all the right tricks??? ^_^.Caspar

Porsche, Flossie, Daisie, HC, Mischa and Caspar.

I really hope that whatever tree you have in your home there are plenty of things under it for you.

It is really, really cold here and we are off back to read the papers in bed. Sounds good to me.
Heathcliffe back again.

Had to wait a bit for my breakfast this morning as slave isn't well, hmph!!! Still, slave doesn't look like she's going out today as she's still not well so much more cuddle time for me :)

I do feel sorry for her though as she is suffering and I went and sat by her head while she was sleeping on the sofa to keep an eye on her as I would be a bit stuck without my slave.

I even feel a bit guilty for pooing right on the edge of my tray and it going over the side.

Me, like Caspar, was a stray kitty cat so I'm really intrigued by all this stuff going on. Our tree is only little but slave said she might put up some more dangly things elsewhere for me to play with.

ASBO here. No tree yet. But Staff did get out the Christmas decorations last weekend. She put them in nice colour coordinated piles whilst she was deciding what to do with them. I played with them and scattered them all over the house. Staff was not really amused I think but she did laugh.

Staff put me in my box on Saturday and took me to see that nasty vet man cos I had hurt my eye. I HATE going in my box. So I crapped in her car. Staff was nearly sick cos we were in a really long queue and it was ages. She kept calling me a "smelly little sh!te". I think that is terribly unfair.

Can't WAIT for my tree!! Something new to wreck!!
