A programme about which ship?

Hi All,

I while ago, I watched a documentary on a cruise ship that was being built. It was one of the famous old ships, and during the documentary it was saying about an accident that happened on the day the engineers took their familes to view the ship.

Basically, the walkway from the side of the dock and the ship collapsed, killing some people.

I'm just trying to ind out which ship the programme was about or if any one just knows which ship this happened on!?

Sorry about the confusion. The quote was pulled straight out of Google, the trial was in 2003 I think.
