Problems with Norton Internet Security

Can anybody tell me where I am going wrong?
I have recently installed the 2009 version of Norton Internet Security on my Laptop. I have used Norton ever since I got the thing but for some reason now it won't work properly. I can't find an internet connection at all. Just to make sure this was down to Norton I de-installed the lot and found a signal straight away. What might be the problem???

The problem is that you are installing a piece of total cr@p on your computer. Junk the Norton and get a decent AV system and firewall instead.

hmmm, actually thinking about it, no it's not harsh, it's pretty much spot on!

You can get far better security for you PC for free!

That may be so, but i have it on there now and would really like to get it working or else i'll have to go out and buy another one.

Well, in the first place, you said you'd uninstalled it, so presumably you don't have ot on ther now.

In the second place, you don't need to go out and buy anything - as the Sanders boy says, you can get better stuff for free.
