Icey....Since I've been on site (1y almost) u have had about 4 pc breakdowns. It's really getting silly!

Your pc is bunged up that's why its slow. What server r u using? Are the kids on it and clogging the works with their stuff?

my PC is only slow when visiting certain sites; AB being one of them, so I don't think it is always a case of the PC needing a defreg or clear out.
