In its baldest terms, he was a criminal killed during the commission of a crime. The Home Office has confirmed that his passport carried a false stamp showing that he possessed 'indefinite leave to remain'.
So not only was he a visa over-stayer, he was also complicit in forgery.

It's not unlawful because it's a kin lawful killing, an error!
