how can i get rid of marks left from spots?

the worst place i get spots is on my nose. they are always big aswell so i just have 2 pop them! my nose is red where i popped my spots, anyway i can get rid of the redness?

Try Exfoliating at least 2 times per week. It's not an overnight miracle and the marks will take time to fade, but will go more quickly, than if you do nothing.

Thats the worst thing that you can do as it a) tears the skin b)lets infection in, which makes it bigger and redder.

You should ideally just treat them by dabbing on tea tree oil or a spot treatment.

If you REALLY cant bear to leave them be, then sterilise a needle in a flame, and gently pierce the raised white centre of the spot with the needle.
Then using a clean tissue, Gently press the spot, so the liquid comes out. DONT squeeze it.
Once the spot has reduced from the liquid coming out, dab some antiseptic/spot treatment on to dry it out.

That should prevent the spots leaving such red marks..

Bio-oil is brilliant for things like this...its non-greasy and absorbs quickly.
