I wasn't exactly suggesting Maureen Lipman WAS a hag. She is however a brilliant actress known for her character roles!! Remember the bag lady who fooled so many people? Amazing what make up can do. However, thank you for responding.

I think it's a foreign advert dubbed into English. I think that the voice might well be Maureen Lipman - but the actress definitely isn't. Nor is it Liz Smith.
