Woman like me - Original track

Hi all, I have been after the name or composer of this piece of music for a long, long time. It plays as the background instrumentation to Beyonce's 'A Woman like me' from the Steve Martin Pink Panther film. The instruments playing in the track are from an older track that I have heard the BBC use as a music bed during the Olympics. Does anyone know what the original is called or who it's by? Any help would be much appreciated.

The track is from the De Wolfe production music library, but I'm not entirely sure which one - some websites suggest it's Nick Ingman's "Down Home" track, as mentioned here:
