Hi ,is it possible to register a motor cycle which is fitted with a rh sidecar the bike is a 750 dnepr .

If the bike is registered after 1st August 1981, it is illegal to have a RH sidecar.

it was registered in latvia in 1961 never been registered in uk

Best bet is probably to ring your local DVLA office (should be in the phone book).
