Thanks for the warning.

I wonder which "other versions" (apart from Version 7) are vulnerable.

I'm using Version 8 Beta.

I have switched to using Mozilla Firefox until they release the patch, with all the online banking and shopping I do I can't take the risk of passwords being harvested! We all need to be careful until Microsoft fix this flaw.
I've been using Firefox for years, but that has it's occasional scare too.

It is a good thing to be familiar with at least two different browsers so when these risks happen, it isn't a real problem.
I've been using firefox for years & find it much better than IE but still keep it because of risks like this.

I actually use 3 different browsers,I have IE for normal use,Firefox for when there are security issues with IE and MSN Premium which I have used for years.
Thanks for that Daffy xxxx

Hmm.. "internet experts say switch to another browser". I notice it doesn't say who these experts are. Probably Mozilla.
Simple, anything requiring a password related to money, reboot the machine into standalone Linux from a CD and use Firefox.
