Mr M is an ex Marine and has joined The Royal Marines Association. They meet once a month. If you could tell me the County you live in he will find out if they have something similar near you.

thankyou moonshadow we live in bristol
Sorry I haven't replied earlier zzxxee. Bristol does have a branch of The Royal Marines Association and they meet the last Monday of the month. For information ring Branch Sec. 01179772246. Another very good site is www.combatstress.org.uk if things get to much for your partner someone will come out to your home and talk things through, these people are usually ex- Marines who have been through a lot themselves. Mr M was blown up by a landmine while serving in Aden and pensioned out,he now works occassionally as a voluntary welfare Officer.
