Burst Ear Drums.
10 Answers
How can you burst both ear drums? Surely by a decompression or a heavy blow to the ears?! I heard of someone who burst both - don't know how, but I imagine it wouldn't be by the above. Any other ways?

I'd be very careful before jumping to conclusions of abuse! Further, pressurisation/depressurisation can be a common reason - see here for an extreme example!

I have had both ear drums perforated by infection -the last was excrutiatingly painful but when it perforates the relief is instant followed by a helluva blood.Even my GP said it was the most painful thing he had experienced -he obviously hasnt had children lol.
The other occasion was scuba diving.
As I have perforated one ear 3times it has left me a bit hard of hearing hence the reason im loud !!
