Does a company have to disclose somewhere on its sales website that it is a limited liability company if that is the case? If this is a rule (e.g. under the Directive relating to the Companies Act) is the same principle applied in EU countries as well as England?

Certainly am! What a memory you have. Yes, it has been going on since October 1st 2007. I have overcome many obstacles but who knows.... I am having a prelim hearing in January re. two separate issues: who is the right defendant and my rights under DSR2000. Thanks for you continuing interest !!!
