What is the proper title of the thieving magpie, I think it's by
Rossini.(but not sure).

It is La gazza ladra (which does mean "The Thieving Magpie" in Italian) by Rossini. I'm not keen on opera, but you can't beat a Rossini overture if you need something to get you up and running in the morning!
