... that song (Understanding Jane) is so close to my jogging pace (160 bpm), I'm going to add it to my Playlist of music to run to on my iPod.
Stompe's tune (Gotta See Jayne) was 180 bpm, (I timed it) which would work if I shortened my stride length.
Sorry to sound nerdy, but as soon as I listened to Sara's song I thought ... that sounds like running rhythm !!

We were out recently, and this song came on. Thing1 had everyone up dancing, conducting the entire dancefloor ... and had the whole place shouting ...

It was just so jolly.
