I feel for u Dot.....hope u told the customer to return stockings to manufacturer.....bought with ladder, indeed!

no doc, i don;t treat customers as a nuisance, i treat lying snivelling eejits who want something for nowt as a nuisance, they are the ones that bleet the loudest and make a habit of trying to get refunds by bullying the staff.
