Does anyone know how much the cheapest washing machine is in Costco?
I need to replace mine urgently.

I bought a whirlpool washer from there 8 years ago and despite doing an average of 10 loads a week, I have never had any bother with it.
I have always found them very helpful when I have phoned up to enquire what stock they have - our nearest is nearly an hour away, so if there is something in particular I want, I usually phone them before going down there.

Velvetee, Costco is not really like Makro which is more of your traditional cash and carry as far as I can remember, but it has been many years since I was in one. You can get a business or a personal membership (if you are part of their group of professions or work for certain types of companies).
Whether you think it's a bargain or not, probably depends on what you like to buy. They do do really nice quality stuff, particularly their meat and deli produce. They also have an opptician which is really good cvalue and they do some designer brand goods as well as their own make items which are exceptional value (particularly their nappies!) . They are good for electrical items, but don't stock cheap makes. The only problem is that they don't tend to have a huge range (well they dont in the ones I have been in) so it is pretty much a hit or a miss to find something that you are looking for.
I would live of the steak, cheese, muffins and danish pastries if I had the chance. ;o)
Lava Lamp, I hope you find what you are looking for!
