Have just finished the above puzzle, but don't fully understand clue for 17down ....

17d The first woman to slag off Ms.10 Across by name?(7) P?N?O?A .... Pandora.

The answer to 10 across is Spenlow, but I just can't see the link to this.

Would be really grateful for any help!
