fortnums christmas pud

We have a 1lb St James Christmas pudding from Fortnums...with no cooking instructions. Any ideas please, preferably microwave.

Unwrap all metallic paper and remove any hollies or berries, but keep the pudding in the plastic or ceramic bowl it came in. Place in the microwave, cover and heat on full power for about 5 minutes (but you might want to check it after 3, just in case). If it feels hot enough, then run a flat bladed knife around the inside of the bowl and invert onto a serving plate.
