how do you change a drivers side wing mirror?

Hi Dave, as you sit in the passengers seat look to the top of the inner door panel you will see a black plastic cover, this either cips on or is held on with a Screw that is behind a Blanking cover, remove the cover/screw, you will then see either 3 screws that hold the mirror in its place drop the window, Is the mirror Electric? If so, you should see a plastic connector unplug this, then remove the screws holding the mirror with your free hand it should then be free to remove, do not rush the removal otherwise you will pay the price Eg/ dropping the mirror.
