I'm sorry if this will sound morbid but i am at the stage where the only improvement in my life that i can imagine is not having it full stop. Please don't think i am attention seaking or that it's all because i feel heartbroken at the moment. All i am trying to say is that i just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel and if there is one it is usually an oncoming train
You sound very depresssed hun, and when someone's like that, it's very difficult to find inner strength to help yourself. Try and sleep if you can - I know it's not easy at all, but you can come through all this if you get away from the person who's with you at the moment.
When you do, don't ever be tempted back if he turns "nice" again. There are some wonderful guys out there, so think well of yourself, and you'll attract the same type. When it's light, gather your thoughts as well as you can, and do some of the things that've been suggested here. There's an answer to everything, but it's just finding it, so do something positive and see if any of these things work.

Of course it is. Look in telephone directories for the addresses of places that may help you, and when you set off to town, ask people where you need to go - traffic wardens, police officers, shop assistants, bus drivers, taxi drivers, etc. I think you'll need an early start hun, so take deep breaths and try and relax yourself a bit. Pink's right as well - that train's not just a figment of your imagination; it's not for ending your life either - it's to tell you you're heading for a new and better one. Doesn't feel like it at the moment, but that man in the other room isn't worth a single tear you're shedding. best of luck to you. x
