It is a very good, well balanced diet that will not leave you feeling hungry and has no special or 'faddy' foods - the whole family can eat the same meals.
Add exercise and you can't go wrong but if you have a lot of weight to lose this is for the long term not a 'quick fix'
My missus dropped 2 dress sizes in 10 weeks. And she was never hungry. I was so impressed that i tried it and lost 20 pounds in 2 months. We've been a bit naughty over xmas mind you, but we'll be straight back on it in the new year. I cant recommend the diet highly enough. Dont overdo the exercise though. A brisk walk is better for you that 2 hours in a smelly gym. Good Luck.
