Elderberries

Planning ahead, I am trying to find recipes for elderberries. I can only find wine. Anybody got any ideas please.

My mum used to make elderberry jelly - it was lovely on toast. I don't have her recipe, but found some on the web that might be interesting to you.

Make the wine and freeze it. Separate frozen water and what's left is Elderberry licqueur.

thanks for the ideas. I have managed to find a recipe for German Elderberry Soup - the only problem being that mine are English elderberries!

Elderberry jam and jelly is lovely, very easy to make.
