About ten years ago I had a breast reduction which I was over the moon about. Unfortunately the scars never really healed and look awful and I was told that I would never be able to breast feed - since my nipples were removed and repositioned. I had a child and by some miracle I could breastfeed but now my breasts are huge again and I hate them in fact I've gone up another 4 sizes again - is it possible to have a second surgery does anybody know and could my first lot of scars be removed? In case anybody was wondering, I'm not doing it for vanity - my lower back would have been damaged to the weight I carried and I am too large for the rest of my body size - I can't run or exercise or get clothes to fit me.
