What is the easiest way of finding a list of Catholic Churches (and their addresses) in Derbyshire?

Have tried doing yell.com search but that brings up all Churches, Methodist, C of E, the lot.
Is there a

All suggestions much appreciated, many thanks in advance.

Derbyshire is within the Catholic Diocese of Nottingham.

Go here:
http://www.nottingham-diocese.org.uk/

Then click on 'Diocesan Directory'
Next click on the county of Derbyshire, on the map.
That will show a map of all parishes within the county.
Click on each parish to find full details of the church, clergy, etc (usually with a link to the website of that church or parish)
