The Scottish Parliament has announced that from May this year every citizen will receive a free passport.
A spokesman said that this would help Scots explore other cultures and promote the Scottish way of life.
He also said that the benefits would far outweigh the costs involved.
This comes on top of free hospital parking, free prescriptions, free transport for the unemployed and free dental treatment including private.
Who's paying for all this, will it be England again?
i might be being a bit dim here, but dosent the scottish parliament have a finite amount of money given to them? therefore if they give free hospital parking, free prescriptions etc, they have to spend less on something else, therefore there will be some benefits that people in other countries in the uk get that scotts people dont get because there isn't enough money to get everything for "free"
