Hi there, I am separated 3 mths from my wife and in process of getting divorced. as well as our marital home we also both owned flats separately in our own names only. we both held a good chunk of equity in each of these flats, her a lot more than me. our marital home was in negative equity. Am i likely to be entitled to any of the equity that my wife holds in her flat? Cheers!
