Always load your phone numbers with a + before them - that way they will work in any country in the world.
In each country the 'dial overseas' code is different - for example here in England we dial 00 and then the country code, in Australia they dial 0011 and then the country code, in the USA they dial 011 and then the country code..........using the + before the country code works anywhere
